Skytechnology partecipates to the 2008 annual conference of the itSMF Italian community titled “Making IT - I servizi IT: risorsa strategica per lo sviluppo”. Skytechnology and its IT Governance and Quality line of business sponsorship of the ITIL/ISO20000 practitioners event demonstrate its experience through the support provided to one of the conference speakers, Shared Service Center (Telecom Italia Group). Sky technology collaborates with Shared Service Center since the initial assessment phases on the initiative aimed at obtaining ISO 20000, CMMI, and ISO 9001 certifications through a multi-model approach.
